CFP: Restoration Drama

2007 NEMLA (Northeast MLA) convention, Baltimore, Maryland
March 1-4, 2007

From the comedy of manners to the heroic drama, theatre in the latter part of the 17th century revived with a flourish. This NEMLA Board-sponsored panel seeks paper proposals (approximately 500 words) on new critical and theoretical approaches to Restoration and early 18th-century drama.
